Charlop offers readers modern techniques such as intermittent fasting, in depth knowledge regarding the importance of sleep and much more.
“A lot of times people look at not sleeping as a badge of honor … but it turns out that robbing yourself of sleep is one of the single worst things you can do for your health,” Charlop said.
